Estate Planning

In uncontested matters - where no dispute exists as to the outcome - the firm provides the following Probate and Estate Administration services following the death of a loved one:
- Assisting next-of-kin with Probate filings + proceedings
- Providing guidance + preparing legal documents for collection, inventory, and distribution of Estate assets
- Preparing Estate asset division schedules + plain-language Synopses for family members
- Preparing Global Family Settlement Agreements (also sometimes referred to as Non Judicial Settlement Agreements) to memorialize agreed-upon outcome of Estate or Trust matter
Trust Administration

- Advising an individual Trustee of an Irrevocable Trust regarding Unitrust Conversions, Decanting, early termination of an uneconomical Trust, and many other issues which may arise during the course of administering a Trust

Jackson opened in Summer 2024 after Ms. Jackson spent nearly a decade at wealth management financial institutions offering fiduciary administration and wealth planning services to clients ranging from 21 to 93 years old, with net worths' ranging from $200,000 to $200 Million+.
Prior to her time at financial institutions, Ms. Jackson spent several years in private practice as an Estate Planning and Probate attorney in Scottsdale and Phoenix, working closely with Senior Attorneys to learn the in's and out's of crafting comprehensive estate plan documents to achieve Client objectives.
